We can't wait to go, Patrick! We lived there for almost 8 years and we have A LOT of places we want to visit again. And we'll be looking up some old friends too. It will have been 19 years since we were there last, so I expect that a lot has changed in that time! But the mountains and the gorgeous scenery will still be there!

My oldest DS just got back from Colorado Springs last night! That was his 2nd trip there in the last month for work.
He has promised me tons of digital photos. He said it was beautiful!

LOL! I guess FF and AI are abreviations I use in everyday speach! Frequent Flyers and Artificial Insemination are pretty common ones around this household!

The big news around here this weekend - my son has moved back home. The arrangement he had in his apartment dissolved - the couple the were renting the place broke up and the girl who signed the lease pretty much told them all to take a hike!

So we are resettling him back here and getting used to having him around again.

I must tell you that I missed him.

Good Morning Everyone!! My pants beat me here......I couldn't believe there were 4 pages to play catch-up on already....you all have been chatty this morning!
The kids are back to school today after a week long vacation. I'm sorry to see them head back.....I enjoy having them around

Ah yes, the returning son! This wont be the first time one who flew the coup returns! I think ours are finally done "coming home"! DH said he was going to make sure the extra bedrooms ar the new place were small enough so they wouldn't feel too comfortable! DD left permanently 7 years ago, and it has been 3 now since DS lived at home. DS will be 28 and DD 34 this year, so I think they are on their own for sure now!

Morning all! Beautiful weather is here, hopefully to stay! Here is a picture from Leah's First Communion yesterday. The picture quality is not the greatest, but you get the idea. I must say, Leah looked very beautiful in her dress! It was only Leah and two boys making their First Communion (it's a small church) so she really got to stand out as the only girl.

What a glorious morning, almost looks like spring is here to stay

What a weekend, Scout camp, too much sun, too much fun, too much FROST Saturday morning and sadly one little camper with too many problems, social, medical and family on Saurday night to be able to get much sleep. DW thinks the lobster look was a bit much, me too, OOUCH but all in all a great weekend.
