Bernie, HB to Dad and Sister.

We have a double birthday in my family, my son and older sisters son born on 8/23 5 years apart, mione is the elder. Youngest sister tried to get her 2 boys to come out the same day, but didn't make it. One of my cousins has a daughter born on the same day, too.

In case you don't read the CB closely, this coming Sunday, 9 pm eastern, on Food TV, Walt Disney World Unwrapped, all the secrets to the snack food in the world, including Mickey Bars. Marla, you have to see it! For those of us on Dish Network, it will be on at the same time (for me 6pm). Many of the channels are not delayed broadcast on satellite. I wonder if we will glimpse and Disers in the background????

Sorry that Duffy lost on Saturday, but at least Sunday's judges reaffirmed him. Does he seem to know when he wins? Does he seem down if he doesn't? I've always wondered that about show dogs. The house is looking wonderful. I'm picturing Wilderness Lodge decorated for the holidays and you'll be "there". Were you right about the depth of the well? I'm allergic to the cottonwoods, too. And we have a lot in our area.

Mickey, I'm so sorry about the feeding tube. I'll continue to keep you guys in my prayers. Hope it is just a temporary thing. She's come a long way. Try to hang onto the positives.

Marla, everyone will be asking for your beauty secrets. You don't have to tell them about all the mud baths if you don't want to. I'm sorry your DD didn't make show choir. Isn't it hard when they are disappointed? Glad she'll have you to come home to.

I'm quite sure the only "difference" he notices is that he doesn't get his picture taken! He LOVES the squeeky toys the photographers have. Last weekend, he jumped off the podium to get the squeek toy when we were going to take the picture. He has learned to look for it as soon as he sees the camera!

Hi, riddlers! We had an exciting weekend here...our son Chris graduated from high school (kind of bittersweet, as he is our youngest!) Next weekend will be the party... Then, of course, we are still all getting adjusted to our new doggie, Binx! We have decided to go ahead and keep his name as Binx, even though it wasn't our first choice, since that is the name he sort of "came with"! We went back to Petsmart on Saturday to pick up a few things for him, and met his foster mom...we were introduced to her as "Binx' parents!"...kind of made us laugh!

Happy birthday to all those celebrating today! Also, prayers for your mom & family again, Mickey...hang in there!
