Good Morning riddlers !
It's very rare that I see 0 replies at my first look at the riddle !
We were warned yesterday that "big brother is watching" so to speak at work - monitoring phone usage and internet access ...
so I'm not going to be able to check in from there that much -
unless I get in early or do it at lunchtime .... I doubt most days I'll be organized (and on time enough) to do it from home like I am now
So if I become Missing in Action sometimes, that's why - but I'll check in as much as possible !
Now off to think about the riddle ......

Morning riddle friends
Love the joke OK!
We had some excitement in our apartment building yesterday morning. There I was sitting doing the Dis when all of a sudden I hear the fire alarm! YIKES!! I was not sure what was going on so I grabbed Lucy and raced out. Did not even have time to turn the computer off or grab anything else. thank goodness it was not a fire. It turned out to be a short or something in the fire alarm. The fire department had to come and they had to go in the building and check it our before we were allowed to go back in. Gave me a pretty good scare though! I think I will now get a firebox for all my important stuff that has to go out with me.

I have a bump on my elbow!
I had just an awful night at hoops last night - I could do nothing right. During one trip down the floor I lost the ball and went diving after it. I landed right on my elbow. OUCH! This morning there's a big bump there and it's SORE!
I don't like pain!

Well, I was able to save the large oaks nearest our driveway yesterday. I had all 3 city engineers out there at once, and they let me plead my case and decided they could leave those closes to the drive, and wouldn't go across the drive, like they had originally planned. We did still lose that really big one, but most of the trees they took are far enough from the house to not be as noticeable as I thought it would be.

Hey Bernie, did you ever think you might be getting too old to be doing some of those things? You better get it checked out, because my DH had a bone chip in his elbow, and it acts up every now and then.

It's also right under me as I sit here, and can periodically be found on a table (yeah I know tables are for glasses not a**es ) The cheeks are a pair, and can sometimes be shaped like an O (AU pair).
