Riddle me this! Friday's!

Diane, there is a difference between road kill & good ole down home cookin:p :p ;)

Laura, the mints were translucent ice blue, about 1/2" square, cellophane wrapped & very, VERY mint flavored:D

Lars - you have, for the time being, the last word on yesterday;s riddle!!!

Good morning Oldkicker and riddle friends! :)

Mickey, I hope that poor little boy is okay. :(

I never heard of half of the junk food you guys have mentioned. Up here we spent a lot of time gnawing on whale blubber.

No idea on the riddle, as per usual! :)

Off to find me a Hoot Owl for din din! ;) :)

LOL, now both yesterday's riddle and today's have more than four pages! I had trouble knowing which one to open!

Sis! You guys have had more snow days than we've had this year!

Hey Kim - did everyone in Canada munch on that or just the kids at Nanook High? ;) :p :p

My aunt had a penny candy store and I "worked" there from the time I could see over the counter!!! Along with the things already mentioned she also sold squirrel nuts, hot balls, candy ciggarettes ( ), silver dollars, red and black licorice......I'm getting hungry!

My absolute favorite was cheese popcorn........not the gourmet kind sold today.....the stuff that was so orange it stained your fingers!!!

Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain...

Hey, Bern, our radio station announced yesterday that you guys in Syracuse have had 134 inches of snow this year, and we have had only 21! It is nice to be on the short end of THAT stick!

Soon, if we keep up at THIS pace, figuring out what riddle page we're actually POSTING to may become more difficult than figuring out the RIDDLE itSELF!!!!

Do you think this dilemma would be best solved by a left brain or a right brained riddler?!?!?

:D

Bernie, are you trying to close your thread:confused:    ;)

Kim, you killed whales:confused: :( :( ;)

The horror:eek:

Is that watery shower curtain a precursor of the floods to come in the spring?!?

Good morning OK and the Corral

Mickey, more good wishes for that child's recovery.

Vanessa, what did Norah have? Sounds like she was one sick young lady.

I am still waiting for GS cookies to be delivered. We ordered but I haven't seen them yet.

I did, and still, like Tastykakes, especially Snowballs and Chocolate Junior. Snowballs were great the way they had the different colors for differnt times of year. Right about now the green ones should come out for St. Patrick's Day. I don't indulge anymore though.

I also liked jawbreakers and fireballs. We stopped at a pharmacy on the way home from school that sold them. Then we knew 2 more shops on the way home where we could stop to get drinks of water because our mouths were on fire from the fireballs.

I still don't know the riddle answer, but that is not really the issue here, is it??

There was a riddle today?????? :p :p :p ;) ;) ;) :p

Hey, Breezy....I was looking at the chat thread....nice pics....I can see you've honed your skills at uploading and picture sharing!

Crud, now I have to go visit yet another thread.....

Rat cheese with my whine please:p :D

I also really enjoyed the watermelon flavored Jolly Rancher sticks. They were about 5 inches long & they were flat.

Hey Bro, how about adding into the titile of yesterday's riddle something about "As the Riddler Turns", so we know which is which.
