On the Ddp or not? it says it is on the wdw website, but I thought it wasn't in the past?

It's not. It does take the premium and platinum touring packages, but not any of the dining plans.

The checkbox when making ADRs will consider it on a plan, but when you go deeper the matrix will tell you that it's only covered by the two touring packages.
