Rewards Visa Question

Does Disney offer special discounts for people booking packages using the Disney Rewards Visa? If so, what kind of discounts have you seen in the past? TIA!

Sometimes. Usually it's just a chance to book a special earlier than the public.

I do know if you book a Disney Cruise and pay in full on your Disney credit card they give you a 50 on ship credit...that is on top of any other offers you receive..we have like a 250 credit once we actually get on the ship!

Your welcome! I never knew either but my travel agent told me and I was like then yes put EVERYTHING on the credit card and I will just pay that off! On ship credit definitely helps!

In spring 2010, Disney Visa cardholders were able to book a Free Disney Dining Package about one week earlier than the general public.
It fit perfectly into my plans for my AUG 2010 trip.

They are great about posting specials for Disney Visa card holders. I always learn about promotions there first.

We stayed at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort last October on a Disney VISA discount. I received an e-mail from them in August about special rates for cardholders for October-November. We got a great deal on a 1 bedroom for an October trip. They eventually released these rates to the general public but I think it was about 2 weeks prior to that. The rates were good at either of Disney's beach resorts...HHI or Vero Beach.
