Rewards/perks for buying on ebay?

On the thread about the Disney store gift card and ebay, several people talked about rewards or other perks for buying on ebay. Can someone fill me in about these?

not sure if they were discussing quickrewards, but I've been able to get a fair number of disney gift cards by racking up points on my ebay purchases. Its also nice that there are ebay bucks on purchases that you get to use the next quarter...kind of a roll it forward thing. There is a thread about quickrewards under the rewards program forum. Can you post a link to the thread about quickrewards? I can't seem to find it. We shop alot on Ebay so I would love to earn some stuff from it! We do love the Ebay bucks though.

I use eBates, but you can use Quickrewards or Sunshine Rewards too. I'm sure there are others too. I just happen to prefer eBates. You just sign up for one of the rewards sites then click their Ebay link. In a few days your credit/reward should show up in your balance. There are also tons of stores to shop from on these sites, like Walmart, Dell, etc., so if you do any online shopping for anything, make sure you check your reward site first to see if they have the store.

Independent from those reward sites is Ebay's Bucks:

I think you have to sign in first, to see the logo show up. It will show at the top near your user id / name, and also under the price of an item...it will say something like "You will earn $1.25 Bucks on this purchase."

I have not tried it yet to see if I can get both, but I was told it would work. So the idea is you can eventually use your "free" Ebay Bucks for purchasing something, and still get rewards back on a site like eBates or Sunshine Rewards, as if you had spent cash money.

I use Sunshine Rewards when shopping on Ebay or any other online shopping. We also have the Ebay bucks and haven't noticed a problem with getting or using them.

Me too. I then turn the rewards in for Disney GiftCards for our trips.

I use one of 3 shopping websites for my online shopping.

1) Mr. Rebates (use this one by far the most)
2) Ebates
3)ShopatHome

I like all 3 of these because they pay you by check. So I actually get the cash once the transaction has cleared and then I can spend it on anything. Some sites when you cash out you have to choose a gift card, etc. I'm sure I'd be fine on those as well but I prefer the cash. I have also done quite a bit of research on cashback sites and have found that these pay a very decent cashback % at most stores.

When I know where I need to buy something, I check all 3 of those sites to see which offers a higher % cashback. For example, for eBay, Ebates is 1-3%, Mr. Rebates is 3%, and Shopathome is 3%. So I have decided to always use Mr. Rebates for eBay. I have earned almost $500 by shopping through cashback sites on almost everything. If I want something from Sephora, I'll find it in the store, write it down, and go home and order it online so I earn cashback on it.
