Reward TV Auctions

Has anyone had any success with these? I tried bidding on a Chili's gift card just to see how it worked. I got several too low bid messages, then I bid higher and always got an outbid message. I upped my bid by 20000 points and still got that message. HELP

To give you an idea, the Krispy Kreme certificates ($6) go somewhere in the 300,000 - 350,000 point range, The $10.00 certificates can go anywhere from the 400,000 point range. You should bid as high as you can. Sometimes you get 'em, sometimes you don't.

After trying over & over, I finally won a $5 Taco Bell last week.
The email said I should expect it in 6-8 weeks.

Are the auctions the only available was to cash out in reward TV now?

Far as I know, sweepstakes entries and auctions are the only way to use your TV points at this time. They keep saying "watch for special redemption opportunities, coming soon." If I'd have been holding my breath, I'd be long gone by now. That notice has been up at least a couple of months.
