Reward Cards Ticket Question

We have a rewards card through our credit union that has had Universal Studios tickets the past two years(probably longer, but I'd never looked before then) and we've been waiting for them to update their availability for next year. We're looking to go in the first week of February during our Disney trip(I can't miss seeing Diagon Alley, I grew up on Harry Potter and already saw phase 1 of The Wizarding World so this is a dream come true). We'll be able to get 2 day park to park tickets for both of us for free, which saves us about $400. $400 is a lot right now because we've decided to build a home, which we hadn't planned on when we originally booked out trip. I realllllly don't want to miss out on Universal, but might have to if this doesn't work out.

My question is for anyone who has ever ordered tickets from a rewards card before...do they usually not have tickets up for the next year this late into the current year? I'm one of those people who likes to have all park tickets ordered well in advance(I also have anxiety which is triggered by this, go figure). I've called their representatives a few times to no avail, so I'm just hoping this is a common occurrence and not that they won't be getting them this year.
