I just called the front desk. I wanted to inquire about a few sites I'd like to have when we check in Wednesday. The "bimbo" who answered the call (1) kept repeating that sites aren't assigned until you check in and (2) refused to connect me to someone who is actually at the front desk.
I've never been refused to be connected to the actual front desk before!![]()
I wished to ask for one of the pull thru sites & to inquire if they will be vacant when I check in. If so, I would go over early Wednesday, check in & make my request for one of the sites. I've never had such a rude person on the phone before. She actually said (sarcastically) "Have a magical day." AS SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I never even raised my voice or anything - I just kept asking if she could connect me thru to someone at the front desk! The Fort manager on duty is gonna hear about this one, too! Disney is really scraping the bottom of the barrel in who they choose for CM's these days.
This is funny that you wrote this, last week I called FW and had a question and the person on the phone refused to connect me with checkin and hung up shapely leaving me feeling like a fool!
I'm all for the rope idea!!!!!!
