As title really. 2 adults 2 kids 19 days.

Looking to book both in the next few days and of course, won't make any moves without checking with you experts first :)

TIA

I booked my car with usrentacar.co.uk (or it might be com?). With regard to travel insurance I have that covered with my bank as I have a certain bank account - check it out with your bank as it is way cheaper than separate insurance and doesnt just cover travel insurance. I think quite a lot of the banks do this now! :flower:

I have used www.airline-network.co.uk who do all inclusive (car plus insurance) for reasonable rates :)

We find an intermediate car is big enough for us (2 adults & 2 children), although usually on the way back to the airport we have a case or bags wedged in the back as the boot is full ;)

Having read this I've looked at this site too and for a 7 seat "minivan" for 3 weeks I've been quoted £465 (special offer) which is much better than others by some distance. So the question is - does anyone have experience of usrentacar.co.uk ? Any problems? Never having used them myself previously, I would welcome anyone's input.

Myself, and many other DIS members have used them.
We used them last year for our 'free' Virgin car.

No problems at all and annual cover is around £105, inc sales tax.

Alternatively you can use NatWest which is, I think the same ins but cheaper if you have a cc. Not certain whether you have to have paid for your carhire with the card though :confused3

Do a search and you'll find lots of questions that have been posted about insurance4carhire :thumbsup2
