Revised ADRs for next week! What do you think?

I totally revamped my ADRs for my WDW trip next week and would love your thoughts! Travelers are me (22) and my parents, who are in their 50's and 60's.

CHRISTMAS EVE - Arrival day!
Christmas Eve dinner at Norman's, the restaurant at our hotel (Ritz-Carlton Orlando).

CHRISTMAS
Lunch at Hollywood Brown Derby
Dinner at Flying Fish

12/26
Day off from the parks. No ADRs made yet, but we might go to Downtown Disney and visit Bongo's for some salsa music.

12/27
Lunch at Tutto Italia
Dinner at Bistro de Paris

12/28
Probably spending the morning/afternoon at AK, but none of the TS restaurants appeal to us, so we'll probably do CS. Then, the CP dinner package at Marrakesh -- 5:30 dinner, 8:15 show.

12/29
Lunch at The Plaza.
Dinner at Citricos.

12/30 - Departure day
Lunch at Liberty Tree.
Flying home in the evening

I'm still calling regularly to see if there are any openings at CRT or Le Cellier!

I didn't care for CRT and I am 21, so I don't know if you need to worry about trying to get in there.

Brown Derby is one of my favorites and they have a really great wine list. Plaza for lunch is delicious!!

Yak & Yeti was very good at AK. We had a 12:00PM ressie and it was pretty empty, so we were in and out of there in less time than it would've taken to wait in one of the LOOOOONG CS lines and find a table.

Have so much fun, I am jealous!!
