After reading posts on the other childcare places I thought I would ask. My dh and I have a PS at Artists Pointe and thought leaving the kids there might be fun for them. The PassPorter states it's "smallish".

Any reviews??

Our little guy enjoyed the Sandcastle Club at the Beach Club last month - it is also pretty small and quiet. But lots of games, dinner, movies...it was wonderful. He was so excited to try it that we used it to help potty train him: "You can't go to the Kid's Clubs at Disney World until you're 4 and potty trained..." Whatever works, right? :teeth:

We intend to take advantage of the Cubs Den on our next trip. $10/hour may seem high, but if you factor in the dinner they have and how much fun you can have as adults...it's a bargain!

DS was there for 2 hours, 15 minutes and we were charged $20. That was a nice surprise.

We used it for the exact same reason (PS at AP for an adults only evening) with our DD4, and she enjoyed it. They fed her (two of her faves were on the menu at the time, grilled cheese sandwich and mac & cheese), let her watch a movie, played games, etc. It's not huge, but then she was only one of three kids in there that night. It was certainly big enough to keep a few more kids, as well, but it turns out there were two CMs and the three kids--nice ratio. We definitely plan to do it again in June. :paw:

We used the Cub's den as well two years ago. There were only 4 or 5 children there and the staff was excellent. (2 CMs) When you consider the types of activities your little one will be interested in, the size is really not a factor. There was an outdoor play area that was fenced in and the interior had plenty of "small group" type activities. If you compare the size of this facility with the average size of a traditional day care room, it is by far reasonable. Our DS6, DN8 & DN 4 loved it.

We too have used the Cubs den several times. Our kids thought it was another attraction becuase of all the crafts and games they got to do. My DW and went shopping at DTD while they were at the Cubs Den. It is smallish that is why reservations are preferred. But we never had a problem.
The best of the best accoring to our DC is the Neverland Club at the Poly it was amazing you walk in and see half of Peter Pans ship. The club is rather large. Lots of video games etc. "Really cool!!!"

DS went to Cubs Den when he was 5 or 6 and seemed to enjoy it. But, the one he still remembers most is the Neverland Club at the Poly - he loved it there.
