I think we have decided to order our 4 day expiry park hopper tickets from Ticket Mania. TM is cheaper than UCT,even with the mousesavers.com discount and with the no shipping charge. TM is also cheaper on the one day ticket to Sea World. My only concern is that I have never ordered tickets through the mail and I am worried about getting them and when and if I get them will they be good tickets. My wife ask the question, how do we know they are good 4 day tickets? She ask is it possible to go to Disney and some of the days not be on the tickets or possibly no days at all? How do you know that all 4 days are on a 4 day ticket? If this were to happen, would we just be screwed or is it possibe to get a refund?

Thanks

We have ordered from Ticket Mania before and they were great. I can't say anything but great things about their customer service. Sleep easy. We didn't have any problems and you will get your tickets quickly.:thumbsup2

:thumbsup2 Another happy Ticketmania customer here. You won't have any problems with their service. I was a first time online buyer and didn't have a single problem. Just make sure you triple check your order before committing. The tickets came in less than 10 days with a bunch of brochures and maps. I believe mousesavers also offers a discount for ticketmania too. Would not hesitate to go thru them again. :cool1:

My wife has a fear that the tickets will not have all the days on them or they will get demagnetized in the mail or before we get to Disney. We don't leave for Disney until June 2nd. I thought of waiting to order but I am afraid the prices may go up before June.

I also ordered from Ticketmania twice, once for park tickets and once for DisneyQuest Tickets. Delivery was prompt, came with a brochure for all the parks (for park tix) and a brochure of DD and DIsneyQuest for the DisneyQuest ones. You should not have any problems with the tix being demagnetized or having the wrond days on them. To make DW feel better, I would check with guest services. I know they can check remaining days on tix. Maybe this would ease her mind. I'm also sure there is a 1-800 # on the website. Give them a call and see what they say.

RebYork,

I am also a proud Ticketmania user. I have ordered tickets from them about 4 times, and every time the tickets have been exactly what I paid for.
I would think there would be no chance of demagnetization. Banks send credit cards thru the mail all the time without losing the demagentization.

I ordered from Ticketmania last year and they were wonderful, no problem with the tickets. I ordered this years tickets a week ago Sunday and received them on Friday.

Happy Planning!

I ordered from Undercover Tourist and had no problems and it sounds like Ticket Mania gets rave reviews as well. Trust your fellow Dissers! If one of these places tried to pull a fast one, the board would be plastered with scam alerts!

I don't know about Ticket Mania, but Undercover Tourist sends tickets sealed in a plastic sheet so you can only see the back of the ticket and verify that it is the type of ticket you ordered. If you don't break the seal, you can contact Undercover Tourist if there is an error in the type of tickets they sent.

I've ordered from both. Undercover tourist sent our tickets super fast to our home. And we had ticketmania deliver our tickets to our hotel and they do it the night before you arrive so it's all there with tons of brochures, etc.

All tickets worked fine from both and both had great service!! I agree with the person who said go with the cheaper.

I've ordered 3 times from TicketMania. Excellent service, quick shipping, extra brochures. I will order again from them.

I have ordered from both Ticketmania and Undercovertourist and had great service with both. I have never heard of anyone on these boards(or anywhere for that matter) having problems with the tickets that they received. Both have prompt shipping, I received them within a weeks time. Go with whichever is the cheaper option.

I've order a Richard Petty Driving Experience with UCT and I've talked with their C.S. a couple of times because WDW didn't open the time line for April. They kept in contact with me and as soon as the dates were released we were scheduled. I've only seen good reviews on here. If UCT or TM would be a scam, it would be all over the DIS Boards.

I also ordered 6 tickets from Undercover for Universal in 2000 and I had my tickets in 2 days.

The number of days on the tix will be fine. TM is a very reputable ticket agent and I have purchased tix from them in the past. As for demagnetizing, if that happens just take the tix to guest relations and they will replace them.

Just an FYI, Ticketmania includes a xerox copy of the tix that they sell you (which you should keep in your luggage during the trip) so that if you lose the tix you can get replacements.

I bought our tickets from Undercover Tourist. It was painless and they were quickly shipped. I had read enough reviews that I would have been comfortable going with either UT or Ticketmania, but for the tickets I wanted UT was cheaper. (Using the mousesavers link) I do remember reading that Ticketmania has a newsletter you can sign up for that sometimes offers discounts as well, you may want to do that!

Thanks for all the reviews and opinions. As of right now TM is cheaper on the 4 day expiry park hopper with 2 extra days and Sea World 1 day pass. Has anyone heard of a ticket price increase in the near future?

Thanks again

How do you get the proper days printed on the tickets? I was going to go thru TM, but I stopped the transaction before I went to pay because I wasn't sure about this.. Do I have to call them and tell them what days I need them for? Or is it one of those deals where when the ticket is swiped for the first time, it is activated for the 14 days before it expires?

:confused3 could someone explaint his to me?

If you have not purchased the "No Expiration" option for your tickets, then that is EXACTLY how it works. ::yes::

I haven't used either of these sites but I am curious to know how much you save per ticket? We usually just get the standard 4-5 day park pass with no add ons.
