There was no good only bad and ugly. We will not use them ever again. We now only use Tiffany. Here is the ugly story. Our crew was dh, myself, and 3 ds who were like 8,10 and 12 plus all our gear which we had to lug ourselves. They hearded us to our waiting line. We had to stand next to a foreign tourist who had thrown up all over himself. Thank heavens he was not on our shuttle. Then we had to endure about 4 stops before we finally got to the Polynesian. This took over l hour. I don't remember all the other disney resorts we stopped at but one was riverside/po. I was amazed at all the stacks of luggage out front of that place. To Compare: (Tiffany)
For about 90 round trip we had a driver waiting for us with name sign, took our luggage, (some of it), talked to us on the way there etc. No waiting whatsoever, just us and right to the resort
Now on the way back: (Mears)
We had to be picked up like 3 hours earlier than our flight. We stopped at coronado springs and had to hear about the honeymoon couple and how he got food poisioning for 3 days and had to delay their flight home. THen another stop for some people and finally we were stopping at carribean beach. Awaiting us were an elderly grandpa and grandma. He was in a wheelchair but was only resting in it. He had broken his arm getting into a disney bus in a rainstorm. He had a cast on and we all had to rearrange our seats to accomodate him and also the time involved in loading him in. Finallly we were at MCO. The nightmare was over.
Final thoughts: If there are only 2 of you , then mears is probably more economical. but if you have a big group etc. You might want to consider another transportation option, otherwise be forwarned you better get real cozy with your fellow passengers have a lot of patience etc. and dont be in a hurry to get where you are going. Good luck.
