We are staying at OKW from 11/14 - 11/19 and we need a hotel for our last night 11/20. The ad and website looked nice for the HISSR but then I saw it on the worst hotel list. Looking for any reviews or other suggestions for family with 3 young girls.

For one night I would do it, but not for any longer. We went in 97 with 4 kids and had to switch rooms twice before we got a clean non-smoking room. The first room was facing a parking lot, in the back, it smelled disgusting and had dirty papers, cigarette butts on the floor, and a deflated ballon on the floor. Mind you we had requested non-smoking and this was a smoking room. The 2nd room was filthy and was a smoking room as well. We had to stay at the 2nd room, because they had no other room available. The next day miraculously they had a pool view, non smoking room like I had requested and had paid for. I think it may have had something to do with the stink I put up in the check in area with a manager. I showed him my reservation and rate I had paid for everything. They never moved us as they said they would and never brought a crib until I brought my son wailing down to the desk to get it myself after 4 hours of waiting and it was almost 9 PM. The food did however go over well with my crew. To give the hotel credit they did give me one free nights stay for "my trouble". We have rented a house or stayed on site since then!
