Ok there were 9 of us (6 adults 2 kids and a baby) we tried to eat at a variety of places while getting some character meals and good food too! This was our first experience on the dining plan and we thought it was well worth it!! We had so much food we did not use any of our snack credits, looking back we should have used it for drinks here nad there or let the kids get ice cream but live and learn!
Day 1 - lunch at Cosmic Rays- very busy- Turkey Wrap - OK needed a little zip but large and good, side of grapes, dessert carrot cake - ok
Dh had a chicken sand good
DFIL had a acicken salad big lots of chicken
DDs had kids chicken salad ate it all liked it!
Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern with Minnie and Friends- Great meal almost the favorite! Characters were great interacted with all the girls even the baby- FOOD was really good
Started with salad- mixed greens with strawberry vinagrette - really really good,
main meal- turkey, prok, beef, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy mac n cheese - all really good- great satisfying meal after a long day
Desssert was apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream really good too
We could ahve eaten here again and definately will on our next trip!
Day 2 MGM day - breakfast in room
Lunch at Hollywood and Vine Character meal
Buffet- it was OK we were there mostly for the characters who were great with the kids- buffet was ok though had lots of different type foods, salads, chicken dishes pastas, fish, and chicken nuggets, mac n cheese for kids lots of desserts ot choose from- probably won't go back-
Dinner at Backlot express had the turkey and cheese grilled sandwich with fries and cheesecake it was pretty good, big sandwich, big portion of fries, I can't remember exactly wht the girls got! DMIL and FIl got double cheeseburgers looked good and big
