Hello all!
We just returned from a 6 night stay at OKW. I thought I'd post a review of the bus service for those considering this resort.
<font face=andy size=3 color=blue>My Overall rating</font>
Very Good! Several times the bus was pulling up to the stop as we arrived at the HH, other times the wait was less than 10 minutes.
I did not give their bus service an excellent rating due to an extended wait one evening for a bus to Epcot. We waited at the bus stop for 25 minutes in the rain (the only day it rained during our visit) and finally gave up on the bus and took our rental car to Epcot. Another couple who was waiting with us in the rain told us the next day that it was 5 minutes after we left before the Epcot bus arrived.
Overall we were very happy with the bus service! Pick-up time from the theme parks was never more than 10 minutes.

Pickup We stayed near the Hospitality house and used the bus stop in front. Sometimes the bus stops at the HH on the way in AND out of OKW (this seemed to happen when the in-resort shuttle wasn't operating). If you catch the bus on the way out of OKW there is no stopping inside the resort. If you catch the bus at HH as it begins at OKW then you ride the entire loop.
Drop-off HH is the last drop when returning to OKW. We opted to exit the bus at the first stop on Peninsular Road and walk through the HH to get to our room in bldg. 11. It was a very short walk!
