First, I have to say I had read so much about this place I just had to try it. I had heard about the wonderful pool right outside (and it was a child's heaven) and the arcade next door, but I don't think I had ever read about how SMALL it was. It had just 3 booths (big enough for 6 adults), 7 circle tables (big enough for 4 adults) and only 12 chairs at the counter. That's all, and I assume depending on the season you may have a long wait to be seated at this place. I had the turkey sandwich with onion rings, my DH had a double cheese burger and fries, DS (a VERY picky eater) had a grilled cheese and fries, and DD's had hot dogs and fries. My husband and I both liked what we ordered (kind of remined me of good bowling alley food, certainly not 5 star place, but good comfort food). My DS cleaned his plate and wanted more (a very big shock, since McD & BK are the only fast food he will eat). The girls did not really like the hot dogs (had this problem with every hot dog we ordered in WDW, not sure why) and loved the fries and the chocolate chip cookie that came with the meal. I had the brownie sundae with mint chip ice cream (had too, we used those wonderful meal vouchers, what a deal!!!) which was very, very good. It was so big (and loaded with hot fudge), but I could only eat less than half and then I just had to set away from the table (volunteered to watch the kids in the arcade) while my DS enjoyed his shake in peace. Good place, but I won't want to waste too much time waiting for a table.

It's one of our favorites while at Disney....a real tradition as it was our first stop on our first trip....can't beat the ice cream anywhere else at Disney, but different strokes for different folks and that's what makes Disney so special!

Thanks for your review.

Thanks for sharing. Its a shame B&C can't be expanded, it sounds like it would be a very cost effective project.

Enjoyed your review. And you're right--good "comfort food" and way too small to service the Beach and Yacht Club.
They must know that-yet no real effort to expand.
