Rev Jack Day - Has anyone used him ?

so we contacted Rev. Jack about 2.5 weeks ago. He got back to us within a few days said we are penciled in and that Jack's Pak is on it's way. We still haven't received it and I'm starting to get concerned. Should I email him again or wait another week or so?

I have not received "Jaks Pak" either after the 20 day deadline he gave me in my email so I contacted him again 2 days ago and he got back to me the same day and he confirmed that my date and time was still pencilled in and not to worry and that he would send me out another pak so I just have to wait again.
My I ask what the date of your wedding is ?

Jodie and Daniel uses Rev Jack for sure- but there are several others. I also have the DVD that STVS sent me which is much longer. He is always adorable and sweet!
