Reusable Magic Bands

I just got back and had a pink magic band. My mom was supposed to come and I had a purple band for her, but she didn't feel well and skipped the trip. I had problems with my band and they could not fix it until the following day. When they did fix it, they delivered two pink bands to my room which I never used because I was checking out.

With that in mind, when I go back, do I reuse the old band and if so, there is no way to know which one is mine as they are now both pink, or will I get a new band with my new reservation?

1. Disney don't do purple MBs.
2. You may be able to see in your MDE acct which band is assigned to who based on the serial number.
2. If you're an onsite guest, you'll get new ones

1. You CAN do that.
2. It doesn't matter. Just pick one.
3. That will ALSO happen, so you can have and use TWO different MBs, interchangeably.

Where did you get a purple one? That's what I wanted but couldn't find one anywhere.
