Review Reunion resort - construction?

I hope someone can help. We are looking to stay at reunion at the beginning of August, stayed there 2 years ago & loved it. I understand there's a lot of building work going on, does anyone know where?
I've tried asking a management company that we may rent through but they haven't responded.
