We found Steakhouse 71 incredibly loud, much worse than the usual Disney loudness. That may be something to consider. For steaks, we very much prefer Yachtsman. Theirs are aged in house and cut to order.
For a breakfast or lunch, we enjoy Grand Floridian Cafe. It's bright, cozy and has some interestingly creative dishes. Citricos is a favorite of ours for dinner, too. The olive bread is fabulous, even though neither of us likes olives that much. The new Mary Poppins-themed decor is particularly attractive, IMO.
A casual spot for watching fireworks is Geyser Point at Wilderness Lodge. It's open air so might be unpleasant on a rainy day/evening. Food and service were both very good, though bar food sandwiches and munchies only.
For a more festive spot to watch fireworks, Cali Grill can hardly be surpassed. Wonderful food and service, plus retaining your receipt from an early dinner permits returning to watch fireworks from there--spectacular.
