hi we are planning a family reunion for august 2008. we want to stay at cbr preferrably martinique. does anyone know if i can block out the number of rooms we need. and when would i do that. would i have to book very far in advance. thanks

disney does not block out rooms like they use too.
Martinique is preferred so good choice.

if everyone gets a preferred room then they would only be in Martinique or Trindad North - so not far.

if everyone gets a preferred room.

is all of martinique preffered. we stayed there for our wedding and i think we paid standard. can i ask if everyone in my party can stay in the one place e.g martinique. thanks

I hope you meant August of 2009 or 2010 and not 2008?

I would suggest you go through as a Grand Gathering. That free service will help you with whatever arrangements you might need. If it's just making the resort reservation, you will get priority with your room requests and will be put together as much as possible. The Grand Gathering people can even help make your dining reservations and offer additional get togethers (the latter would require extra money).

Start there.

How many rooms? I think Grand Gathering can book up to 10 rooms before it has to go to group reservations

that would have to go through Group Reservations anyway. Even Grand Gatherings cant do that

We had a Grand Gathering at POP. They were wonderful about getting us rooms near each other. We had two connecting rooms and the other two rooms were a door or two away. So, definitely contact Grand Gatherings.
