Returning with my Pal Mickey???

I bought my Pal last April and am returning in a month and was wondering if I have to get him updated before wandering the parks with him? I heard there was a new one coming out in May but darn it!! we're going in April.

Nope, nothing special you need to do. He will update just by walking through the front gates of each park. I love my Pal Mickey and have a great time with him. I too am going in April, so I too will miss out on the new Pal Mickey, just curious how different he is going to look if there are any changes.

You need to be sure his nose is pointed outward when you enter any park. That will allow him to update immediately.

I bought the hand held trivia game instead of the Pal Mickey on our trip two years ago. The batteries ran down a few weeks ago and I changed them out. The game reset itself back to the original two catagories! Oldes DD was VERY unhappy about that - little did she know at the time that we're going back this summer, so we'll get to reactivate it all over again!
