returning p&pp tickets????

We have a trip scheduled for Jan. '08 & I really want to order p&pp tickets, but... is there a return policy if there's a medical reason?
There's a slight chance we may have to cancel our trip due to medical reasons. Our train tickets are 100% refundable until the day of departure. Our prepurchased park tickets don't expire so that's not a problem, my last question though is about the p&pp tickets.
Does anybody know disney's policy?

I was told when I ordered mine they were non refundable.. they didn't say anything about medical reasons though

They say they are non-refundable but they will give you a refund.

We purchased tickets last year to MNSSHP. We had to reshedule or trip from Oct to Dec. When I called the ticket office I was told to send back the tickets and I was give the choice of a refund or exchanging them for the MVMCP. I chose to exchange them but Disney offered to refund me the money.

BTW, I never got into detail about why I needed to cancel the trip, just told Disney we had to reschedule the trip for a later date.
