Back in July, when we were at Disney Studios, we bought DS a game at the Indiana Jones Outpost. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry to get it w/o DS seeing it and didn't inspect the game carefully. Anyway, we wrapped it for Christmas and thought nothing of it, until he opened it and found it was broken. The lock on the game was broken off from the inside.
Now, what I need to know is should we contact the Indiana Jones Outpost, WDW Merchandising or the game company (via website on the box)?
I'd love to know how you handle returns (and replacement requests) at WDW. Anyone w/experience, I'd appreciate your help!
