Does anyone know what the situation is regarding refunds?
I bought hubby a gift from Woolies website that was delivered to the house at the end of November. As it was too heavy for me to move I had the delivery man put it in the garage and I covered it up so hubby wouldn't see it. When I gave it to him yesterday it is scratched and slightly damaged.
Will I be able to take it back to a store and get a refund???? I don't know what to do as obviously the website no longer works so there is no phone number I can ring.
As it is heavy I don't want to take it to the store if they are not able to refund me.
