question on making reservations for a second cruise as castaway club members do we have to book through disney or can we book through a company like all seas travel

you can use whom ever you want, just have your number ready.

You actually don't need your number because once you've cruised with Disney you're in the system. Sometimes Disney lags a little in getting your Castaway Club number to you. You can call DCL to get it or your TA can. HTH
