Returning a stroller at park

When you rent a stroller at a Disney park, do you have to return it to the main rental place near the front entrance? What is involved in returning it - do you just leave it there? Just concerned about using one at DHS and having to wait in a huge crowd to return a stroller after Fantasmic. Thanks!

The last time we rented I think you got a dollar for returning it to the exact location. Not worth it for us. We leave one as close to the return area as convenient when leaving the park and forget the buck.

Each park only has one stroller rental location and yes, you return them there. We've returned one at all times of the day and there's never been a crowd.. just push it up to a CM working at the location and they'll take it from you.

Specific to fantasmic, just return the stroller before the line up/show starts... Then just head for the exit I don't think you can bring it in anyways...

The few times I have rented I just looked for other families with young kids arriving to the park and offered it to them to save them some $$$

The return for DHS during Fantasmic is very different from the other parks. When you get to Fantasmic you go down a certain line to drop off your stroller. On the way out you can either grab a stroller out or just leave the park. They even tell you to clean out the stroller and to take all your belongings because they fold and stck them all up. They do open a bunch up and line them up along the exit for those who want to use one and drop it off closer to the exit at the location that you got it from. There is never a large crowd at drop off. They have CMs there to take and push the strollers to the back. So all you have to do is walk by and hand it off to the CM.
