Thanks to everyone for all your information. I was wondering if anyone who has experience with using the Disneyland Resort Express from Southern California Gray Line could help me. I understand they don't take reservations for going from the airport to the hotel, but how do you co-ordinate with them for a pick-up from the hotel to the airport? Is this done before the trip, after arrival, from the hotel? Any experience tips would be helpful as well. We are staying at the Sheraton Park Hotel.

I've never used them but I have a trip coming up in Sept and it's a SOLO trip for 2 nights and I needed to fly out of LAX to get the right times for getting to Tucson. If you go to their website and print out their brochure it should explain it for you. They put each hotel into a group like A, B or C and then it shows what times they pick up at each hotel and what time they arrive at LAX. Hope that helps.

Unless their process has changed--When you get on the bus and get to the first stop, someone will come on the bus and take your payment. Tell them that you want a round trip ticket. They will give you a receipt and tell you to call the day before you are leaving to pick a departure time. Look at their pickup times online so that you know about when you will need to leave for the airport.

Good question! If I may add a similar question here, I'd like to know how the DL Express is in regards to getting you to the airport in a reasonable time. It sounds like they work similar to Super Shuttle in that they pick up you along with many others at other locations. I had a terrible experience with Super Shuttle earlier this year, and it took them nearly 2 hours to get me to LAX from Anaheim in non existent traffic, even though I made reservations at the suggested time for my flight. My flight luckily re-opened the door for me, otherwise I wouldn't have made it. Super embarrasing taking the "walk of shame" through the plane though with everyone waiting on me.

So hopefully DL Express is better at this? I'd love to hear input on this as well!

We stayed at one of the on call hotels before, and I just called them the night before to let them know we needed to be picked up. They ran a tidge late, but got us to SNA on time, so it was not a big deal. Iirc, everyone goes to DLH and they take you to SNA or LAX from there.
