return trip - new gac??

We had a gac last year due to my son's medical condition. We are now going again this year.

The first time we got the gac was from the suggestion of our guide. he did all the leg work for that for us so I have no clue what to do.

I do have the old gac. Should I bring tht with me? Do I need a dr's note?

Where do I get the gac?

Any help would be very much appreciated!!

You do not need a doctor's note. If the old GAC worked well for you, and your son's medical needs are the same, it would not hurt to bring the old GAC with you. You will get the GAC at the Guest Realtions Office in the first park that you go to on the trip. It will ber valid in all four parks for the duration of your trip.
