I'm REALLY bad at waiting for surprises when I know they're coming...as well as keeping them. Needless to say for our upcoming trip in December, it'll be tough keeping from my DH and DM that we are going to leave a day earlier than anticipated and see Cirque while we are down there.

So...to make a long story short, how about you just tell us the surprise already??

Me too! Fortunately, when you're riding the slide, you don't have to look at the clown, and when you land in the pool, just swim straight to the edge so you can't see him.

Hmmm...we've never been to Gihradeli (shocking, considering my love of chocolate that borders on obsession). Perhaps I could just order a side of hot fudge? I wonder just how funny they would look at me.

My DH discovered pin trading as well on our wedding trip. Thank goodness he never had a run in with the real pin traders at DTD. He also just collects what he likes (esp. CM pins). I'm sure they would have shown no mercy.

That's uncanny - first Lacey's DH, then mine, now yours! There must be something in the water...

Also, I insist that you try Ghirardelli on your next trip. It's California's best export!

I too am shocked by the speculation created by your surprise. I am always telling people that DH and I have a lot more things going and planned in our life than having babies any time soon. I guess people always assume that's next on the list once you're married.
