Happy Birthday to CJ!!!! How did the party go???
Yeah, picture Donnie on gymnastics' equipment with a bunch of 5 year olds, wait, that is not that much of a stretch...Party???? How come I wasn't invited? Hmmmmmmph the nerve of some people.
CJ was very happy to see his name in lights...."Look mommy, Aunt Carol, Vickie, Kelly and Ami know it is my birthday on the Disboards!" (Yes, the little bugger knows about the Disboards...ug)
The Aunt Carol thing is funny!! When I was growing up, kids didn't call adults by their first name without "Miss" or "Aunt" or "Uncle", or some other "thing" with the first name. I try to do that with other folks kids when I introduce myself to them, cause I don't really know how they want their kids to address other adults. CJ latched onto "Aunt Carol" like a vice grip during the last trip!! I love it!!! He is a sweety!!!
(He thought it would be funny for mommy to chase him with no clothes on...it was pretty darn funny)
I usually make him say Mr. or Ms. in front of them, but it was so funny, because he was reading off the names on the posts and he saw Ami's name and screamed that and saw your camper and screamed AUNT CAROL! He then proceeded out the front door and did a lap around the house...did I mention he was naked as a jaybird the whole time??![]()
The neighbor probably has a call into DCF right now...I am such a horrible parent letting my 5 year old run around the house outside with no clothes on. (He thought it would be funny for mommy to chase him with no clothes on...it was pretty darn funny)
Jen, you should have put clothes on. I imagine it was funny to have mommy chasing him with no clothes on.
