What if we miss our flight because the bus broke down and is late to the airport? we've been here 15 min already.

I have seen a few of the buses broken down in the past couple years. You will be doing the OJ run through the airport. Especially if your gate is 1-99 since there is only one tram running at the airport while they install the new tram car. If you miss the flight the airline will put you on the next available flight. Thankfully is it not next weekend when all Sunday flights will be full and you might have to wait till Monday to get out.

Yes, at the resort. We waited 15 minutes and remembered uber (vacation brain). By the time I got the app loaded and the pickup/drop off points loaded the bus was able to get into gear. We made it here by 10:25, pickup was scheduled for 9:35 so she must of made up time on the highway.
