Retroactive AP Discount for CRT?

Hi, I booked breakfast for CRT a few months ago for our upcoming trip in May over the phone. I prepaid the reservation in full back then. I'm an AP holder and just recently found out that I have to tell the CMs each time I buy or book something qualifying to get the discount. I just called and the CM said she could not refund me the 10% since it's prepaid. She said that CRT can refund me in person when I present my AP at check in. Has anyone done this before? TIA!

I've been refunded when I prepaid and then bought a TiW card so I'm sure it will work for your AP discount as well

We have also been given a refund for the discount at the restaurant. While sometimes the reservation castmember on the phone will deduct the discount when you are making the dining reservation, most of the time they will tell you that the server at CRT has to see your AP or TiW card.
