Hi, I booked breakfast for CRT a few months ago for our upcoming trip in May over the phone. I prepaid the reservation in full back then. I'm an AP holder and just recently found out that I have to tell the CMs each time I buy or book something qualifying to get the discount. I just called and the CM said she could not refund me the 10% since it's prepaid. She said that CRT can refund me in person when I present my AP at check in. Has anyone done this before? TIA!
