Retrieving dining reservations?

Hi!
A change came in our itinerary so now Im forced to rearrange some dining ADRs! Ahh! When I first made our ADRs the online system was not up and running...
Last night, I was playing around on the computer and was able to book some times and places that fit just right. Now this morning, I was able to book Tusker House for breakfast. When I go into "My Reservations" the only one coming up is the one I made this morning. Did I lose everything I did last night???
 
If you enter your confirmation # and phone # (you listed when you made ADR) they should all be there.

I put in my DVC reservation number and the phone number and it STILL won't pull them up. Anyone else actually gotten this to work? Not impressed with the Online ADRs at all. I keep getting the following error...

The resort reservation(s) you were trying to retrieve cannot be found. Please check that youve entered the correct confirmation number. Is there a special format to enter in the phone number?
 

Are you trying to pull up your resort reservations or your dining reservations? Because for the dining reservations, you have to put in your individual restaurant ADR confirmation number and your phone number for each ADR you want to bring up.

The only problem I had bringing them up was when I put in my home phone, and then I realized they had me enter the phone number I could be contacted at when I was there, and once I put in my cell number with the ADR confirmations, I had no problems.

I had this problem as well. Every since April when I made my reservatino I wasn't able to pull it up. Got the same message as you. I even emailed them about the problem and they said they were working on it. When the ADR system went online I really wanted to get my 90+10 days with my room ressie so I called them. Turns out that my room ressie was tied to my home phone number from over 8 years ago. (I barely remember the number):confused3. So even though I have gone 6-7 times since I moved the system kept my old phen #(it also kept my DD who is turning 10 as a 4 y/o! :laughing:)

Once they corrected the phone number on my room ressie I was able to pull up my ressie and do my ADRS 90+10. :banana:Once you get an ADR then you will pull that up by the individual confirmation # and the phone number you booked that with (they ask for your contact # while at WDW, so your cel phone.) Since I made 2 ADRS before I went online those 2 have my home number tied to them. All my others have my cel phone.

I would try entering every phone number you can think of for your resort ressie (inc. homes you no longer live at!:laughing:) or just call and ask them what phone number is tied to your ressie. If you traveled on a previous trip with someone with a different phone number it may be tied to that one instead. Maybe your prefix changed but Disney has the old one. :confused3Probably easier to call.;)

Then you can access your ADRs 10 day ahead. If you dont' retrieve your room ressie then you'll have to wait for 90 days.

Make sense?

BTW, I love the online system (once I could get in) I've changed my ADRs several times and I love the options they give your if your 1st choice isn't open. As well as being able to check a 5 day period.

I am trying to find out the confirmation numbers for the ressies I made. Anyone have any idea how to do that, because simply logging in doesn't do the trick unfortunately.

Unfortunately, that isn't my problem... I am trying to find out what the conf numbers FOR the ones I made were. I can't find the file where I entered them in and am afraid it may have gotten erased. I have a couple of them, but for some idiotic reason I only emailed some of them to myself. I can pull up my room reservations to make the 90+10... I want to see what i already made... plus I have some I want to cancel.
