Retrieve your reservation?

I'm so glad others are having that problem. I'm find on the WDW site, but on the DLR site I can't log in with my ancient email and password. And it's the account I have my AP info on! Very frustrating and a little bit scary, but knowing that others are having similar experiences calms me down.

Me too. I've sent two emails and they just keep on sending generic emails back that don't help.

I tried yesterday and today and had problems both days. Glad to find out I'm not the only one.

I have two confirmation emails (and to a PP - its not unusual to have to wait a few days to get those). The link in the later one is working. The closer one does not - I get the page, but there is no reservation information in it.

Some AP rates came out today, but it seems that I can be logged into the site or have access to the Passholder page, not both. If I'm logged in and click on "Passholders", I end up back at the main web page.

Looks like I'll be placing a call tomorrow to see that 1) I still have a reservation in April; and 2) Whether any AP rates can apply.

I did that last week. I did not make two payments, but after the first couple of times that it did not go through, I left for awhile and checked on it later. somehow I must have checked pay the balance. Lucky for me it was only 350.00, but had it been much more I would have been in big trouble.

I could not log in last night, it was telling me my info. was invalid. I posted a spastic post about my Disney account being hacked and as soon as I posted that I could log in. I was not able to retrieve my reservation though.

I think my issues were different than anyone else's, but just in case there are lurkers with my problem out there....

Remembering that I could log in to disneyworld.com but could not to disneyland.com, nor could I get to that celebrations daily entry site...I wrote an email through the disneyland.com contact us site.

The page they sent me for retrieval, well I thought it wasn't going to help, but then it did. At first I was mystified, as the email I got showed me that my username was changed...I'd been using my email address, and it got changed to something else. As I thought, I realized that while signing up for that celebrations sweepstakes/contest thing, it had prompted me to put an actual username...I *thought* it was just for the disney family site...but it actually changed my disneyland.com username! So now I have to use that.

Fairly simple fix, though the original password recovery site refused entirely to accept my email address at all, and now I can get in.
