Retrieve your reservation?

Is anyone else having trouble with the disney website with them not letting you type in your confirmation number and retrieve your reservation? I want to pull mine up for a day now and it wont let me.
 
no luck for me trying it either. The new website is just AWESOME-- I love not being able to see the calendar, pull up my ressies or anything else functional for that matter! Gee Wiz
 
They seem to do some type of updates in the morning hours that prohibits the reservations from appearing. Try pulling up your reservation in the afternoon hours (EST). I usually have trouble everyday until after noon at which point it seems to work fine.
 

Same here; it told me to try again later... :confused3

I'm guessing they are trying to get the resort on-line check-in to work....

The one IT person must look like this.. :surfweb:
 
I had the same problem the other day. Tried all day, and finally at midnight I tried one last time before I went to bed...and I got in---and it let me make a payment. Very frustrating. It would not let me add my flights, however. I gave up and called Disney yesterday and had CRO add them. I have never understood why a company as big as Disney can't get it together with their web site...it was like this last time they "upgraded" the site too. PITA!
 
This happened to me a LOT a couple of weeks ago. Just wait it out--it'll come back up soon. Also, make sure you're entering the correct phone number...that was also a problem I was having (duh!)
 
I've been having problems too. I think they're working on their entire reservation systems because when I called yesterday to add the dining plan, there were issues. And then when I finally could see my reservation for a bit last night, the dining plan was not on there. And this wasn't online, this was calling reservations and talking to a person.
 
POOF! Gone again. Can't even log in now...it just throws me back to the main page.
 
I have never been able to log in and see my ressie either. I did however get an email with a link in it to view my ressie and that link still works even now...I also printed my ressie out and have it in my 'Disney important papers' folder...

I DID get the calanders for the parks to finally work for me today!...I got to see March and April to view the hours and EMH for all the parks and wrote them down too so we can plan our days finally!! I had the hours from another site but they were a little different from the Disney website listed hours. I was worried about that all along so I am now relieved to have the hours from Disney.
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one. I was starting to take it personally. I booked a trip yesterday, still haven't gotten my confirmation email. Two accounts I've had for years suddenly won't let me log in, I've retrieved the passwords twice and each time I get different answers. and I haven't changed the passwords on these ever.

Then I created a new account, but when I logged in with that, I get a message that the feature to pull up your ressies, is not working. GAH! I am so annoyed.
 
figured i'd give it a try after reading this post. put in my ressie# and phone # and it brings me to a log-in page. log-in again and it brings me to the ressie page. put in the proper info again and it brings me back to the log-in page. i don't need to ride cinderella's carousel i'm already on it
 
Whoops, I just posted a new thread asking the same question! Glad its not just me. Im just trying to make a payment!!!

I'm so glad others are having that problem. I'm find on the WDW site, but on the DLR site I can't log in with my ancient email and password. And it's the account I have my AP info on! Very frustrating and a little bit scary, but knowing that others are having similar experiences calms me down.
 
It still wont work for me, I can log in but cannot type in my confirmation number. Its driving me bonkers I booked yesterday and ALL I want to do today is see it on the web.
 
It's up now, and I was able to make a payment, but BE CAREFUL. I didn't get any type of confirmation page telling me that my payment went through. I really thought that it did not. I checked my bank account and the payment had gone through. Once I logged back on to My Vacation it did show the new balance, but it would have been VERY easy to accidentally make two payments. ACK!
