Retrieve a lost photo (from home) and other MM ?s

In all of our Disney trip photos from across the years, we do not have many (any?) shots of all 8 of us. Our oldest child hasn't been for a while, and most pictures I take, so I'm not in them.

This year, we got Memory Maker almost entirely to be able to get some family shots. Unfortunately, I got very ill after our first full park day and ended up in the hospital for most of the rest of the trip. So, we were only able to do one family shot, and that one never synched to Memory Maker (and the photographer didn't give us a backup card).

Is there any way to recover that picture or am I just out of luck? I don't think we will probably ever do Disney as a group again.

Also, I downloaded the whole set (just 30 pics given situation with me not being there) and then made some with borders etc. and now it tells me that my MM package cannot be validated when I try to download those. Are you limited to one download? There are a couple of rides that don't yet have 2014 borders, so I may want to download those when they come up too.

They found them! Thank you so much. It means a lot to me to have a picture of us all together at Disney, as I don't think it will ever happen again (and hasn't since 2005).
