Ok, I have way too much time to plan and replan our vacation. My latest obssession is rethinking the TS's we (ok, I) want. DD has been making funny noises when I mention BOMA'S because she's a picky eater & NOTHING sounds good to her. She's not the kind who will at least TRY a bite!! So I'm thinking of changing to Cape May Cafe since we also don't have a seafood restaurant on the list. Also, I'm looking at LTT instead of Kona's. I KNOW this sounds crazy but DD does enjoy Ham and Thanksgiving type food. We aren't really looking for a character meal so this would be purely a food choice (although what's WDW vacation without at least one visit with Goofy!!)

Just for reference, our other TS's are:

Le Cellier
Alfredo's
50's Prime Time
Brown Derby

Thanks for the input!!

I've shuffled ours at least once a week for the past 5 weeks  So, you're not alone!

Every time we've been to Boma they've had a decent selection of 'normal' foods. Meats that are grilled but not seasoned oddly, mac and cheese, chick fingers, standard WDW kids fare.

I'm not a fan of seafood so can't help you with the Cape May thing!

We've been wishy-washy on eating at Kona too. I really want to but there are so many other great places to choose from. Don't know if we'll really wind up there or not, only 10 days more to decide

Your others look okay, but I'm not a fan of Brown Derby, just lacks something, but I can't tell you what it is, I just can't put my finger on it.

Have a great trip!

everyone got to choose one and Brown Derby was my DD's FAVORITE from last visit!! She and DS licked their plates clean! Hubby's is filet mignon so Le Cellier is his. Alfredo's is DS's. I just want everyone to be HAPPY!!

If you don't think your DD will try any of the food at Boma, then it would probably be best to drop that one. If everyone likes seafood, Cape May would be a good choice. And if everyone would enjoy Thanksgiving-type food, then LTT would be good. I'd have trouble dropping Kona from the list though - everyone in our family loves the food there, and we are all pretty picky eaters!

Don't we all! This trip is just dh and I and we are still going back and forth on where to eat and where not to eat. Unless it's a solo trip I don't think I will ever totally settle, even then I'd probably argue myself out of a few places :rotfl:

Fellow shuffler here too. I carry that darn ADR list around with me in my purse or coat pocket so I can take a peak at it every now and then. I only have 13 days to go, and I will probably be making adjustments right down to when I board the plane! I am finding that some restaurants are starting to fill up.

Extremely picky eater here who has gone to Boma with people worse than me. All of us have rolled out of there. There is a station there with "comfort" foods your daughter can enjoy. The chicken is not bad at all. My husband can't get enough of the flank steak (and he really balked when I first suggested Boma to him). My son, who is not a healthy eater at all, gets plates and plates of salad with all the different dressings (hint - put two of them together - wonderful). I won't even go into the desserts except to say that I bring back one with every trip to the buffet so I can enjoy them before I get stuffed. So Boma isn't a bad choice.

We love Cape May Buffet too so that's going to be a tough decision.

I'd switch from Kona to Liberty Tree Tavern, though. For me, Kona didn't have that much a selection for a picky eater. The husband was fine, the son was not. The in-laws were not too thrilled with it either.
