Has it been marketed as the Grand of Epcot? I’ve never heard that. That being said, it is reasonably on par with the villas at Grand Floridian. I’m not saying it’s better, I don’t think it is but it’s not so far off that it’s a ridiculous thought. Nothing will be the Grand Floridian but the rooms are as beautiful, if not more so. The grounds are smaller but still beautifully maintained and manicured. The restaurant and eateries, though fewer in number are all fantastic in their own right. The lobby is very meh but I love the voyagers lounge, le petit café and the courtyard which makes me feel neutral about the lobby now.
They have a gym, 2 pools, a splash area for kids, a recreation hall, some beach area all in a very comfortable footprint for easy access and comfort. It’s a pretty complete resort, if you don’t mind a bit more neutral color palette and subtle Disneyfication

…here I am hyping the resort again when I said I’d stop lol it really isn’t for everyone I realize that but judge it by staying there, not by what people here on the internet say and show it to be. Or do what you want! I’m not here to police anyone’s thoughts or opinions!
