Resume???

How important is my resume? Is this the most important part of the interview process?

It's not necessary to submit a resume. To have the best chance at being accepted, make sure you fill out EVERYTHING in your packet, including the role checklist. If they find an error or need another signature, they literally have to overnight you your packet. This wastes time and meanwhile the program can fill up. One of the most important parts is probably the phone interview. But just be yourself and prepare your questions in advance (like why you want to be a part of the DCP) and you'll do fine! You really don't need to bring a resume to the CP presentation. Just make sure the application is filled out correctly, and you should be fine.
