I have been out of the workforce for 9 years raising my kids.

I'm filling out an application that asks for my job history.

It wants my previous supervisors name and title. I have no idea who my previous supervisor was. I just did the job on my own. What do I put?

I don't understand...Did you own your own business? If not, there must have been some type of supervisor.
