Resturant at Italy

Has anyone heard if there will be changes to the menu at Italy on changeover of operators?

Assume yes since it will be new operators. But until it actually occurs

Alfredo's will close the end of August for renovations and will re-open as an entirely different restaurant. About the only thing that will not change is that it will still be Italian.
