restroom question at parks

Do the park restrooms generally have actual paper towels, or those air dryers which are awesome to everyone in the world except 3YO's?

I've seen both, but mostly paper towels.

MOST of the restrooms have paper towels.

btw its not just 3yr olds that don't like it.
i HATE hand dryers.
i have sensitive ears (perhaps because i have poor vision so my hearing is heightened).
its like nails on a chalkboard to me. it makes my teeth hurt and i get goosebumps.
when there's no paper towels i just wipe my hands on my pants and walk out.

they have both. restrooms are SUPER noisy. hearing other kids screaming crying was not fun, noisy hand dryers, and those loud toilets.
