Restful places at the parks

What are your favorite places to stop and take a rest at the parks? Be it an outdoor seating area, seated attraction or other tucked away nook of respite.

This is one of my favorite areas - just off Main Street and sometimes there's a bit of shade with tables and chairs available -

Carousel of Progress. And when I want an extended rest while in Epcot, I'll do the American Adventure and Impressions de France back-to-back.

Tom Sawyer Island at MK and the gardens behind/next to the UK and Canada pavilions and the Living Seas at EPCOT.

I like the same spot as you in the MK. Once upon a time, both sides of the street had alcoves like that. At AK, the trail in Dinoland is generally not crowded and has a bench to sit on. My mom sat their with my nephew one afternoon while he was napping. The Writer's Stop at the Studios is usually not crowded and has a few places to sit, which are not usually occupied. It is a great place to hang out and relax.

I wish I could find an old photo my parents had of this spot back in 1989. We were resting in this same spot after a long day at MK. My first time there . It is a very nice spot to take a break!
