The Wave felt very open to me for a non-signature restaurant.
Le Cellier is really bad. I can't blame them for cramming all those tables in there, though. They will fill (and turn a profit on) those seats. San Angel is bad, too. (But happily you don't really see your neighbor being so close because of the "mood lighting". You just feel them breathing down your neck.
I actually thought Tutto Italia's seating was pretty good...
