Restaurants... when do they open and close?

I know in WDW that some breakfasts in the parks open before park hours and table service restaurants continue serving till after closing.
Is this the same at DL? If the park closes at 8pm when would the last seating be?
When do they open and close at the hotels?

Unless the park opens at 9am or later, no restaurants open prior to park opening. If the park opens at 9am or later, then the restaurants along Main Street will open 30 minutes prior to park opening. There are various closing times, but I've never heard of any serving after park closing (except for the ice cream parlor and bakery on Main Street). During the off-season, Carnation Cafe only serves breakfast and lunch. Blue Bayou and Cafe Orleans would both likely be open for lunch and dinner, but I would think the last seatings would be around an hour before park close.

I would actually watch out for them closing ahead of the park close time. We weren't expecting that last may and spent a lot of time around 8pm trying to find some food in the park. Wasn't fun at all. The night we had an awsome spot for the fireworks at the train station on mainstreet I thought I'd go grab a hot dog really quick for everyone, but everything seemed to be closed and I ended up at the stage door cafe in a massive line with all the other people frustrated the restaurants were closing early. Took about 45 minutes to get food that night for us all and I made it back just in time for the fire works. So I wouldn't put dinner in the park off; but hopefully they've changed that.
