Restaurants that offer tickets/fastpasses

hello!
I already know about the Fantasmic package at Hollywood and Vine, and I just saw the Tony's package that offers parade viewing area. Someone mentioned to me that there is one that offers a Soarin fastpass, but I can't find any info on that. Does anyone know if this is true?
Are there any other restaurants that offer packages to rides, shows, etc?

It is not.

Some people get a Garden Grill breakfast at 8:05 and use it for early access to Soarin', but it's not a dining package.

Tiffins and Tusker House offer dining packages for the Jungle Book show at Animal Kingdom.
